"Inspiring. This film could have a huge impact on the world." - Ann Richards

To everyone in the D.C. area who shares concerns about the future we are leaving for our children, we'd like to invite you to the Washington D.C. opening night premier of NOBELITY, a feature documentary which looks at the world's most pressing problems through the eyes of Nobel laureates, including Desmond Tutu, Jody Williams, Dr. Harold Varmus and Sir Joseph Rotblat.

In conjunction with Student Pugwash USA and The Nobelity Project, the film’s Washington D.C. opening night premier on Friday, September 8 will be a memorial tribute screening celebrating the life and work of Sir Joseph Rotblat. Having dedicating 50 years of his life to the battle against nuclear proliferation — a mission that was left to him by Albert Einstein — Joseph Rotblat passed away in August, 2005, just a few months after filming a cautionary interview with Turk Pipkin on the increasing dangers of nuclear proliferation. Rotblat’s work continues through the groups Pugwash and Student Pugwash USA.

Tickets to the full week of screenings, including the Joseph Rotblat tribute, are available in advance at www.landmarktheatres.com or at the box office, (202) 452-7672
