Twice a year the Arlington Arts Center surveys the finest cutting edge contemporary art from across the Mid-Atlantic region. The six artists chosen for this year’s exhibition are David Page, Cynthia Hron, Pamela Phatsimo Sungstrom, Roxana Perez- Mendez, Christian Benefiel and Jenn Figg.

Marc Roman: Under the Radar
Resident artist Marc Roman will show new mixed media pieces incorporating drawing, found images, poured resin and Plexiglas. In Roman's work, images of pioneers of aviation and space travel are superimposed over vintage sci-fi illustrations in a meditation on the relationship between far-out scientific speculation and pulp entertainment.
